OpCity charges their fees depending on the type of referral they have sent you.
In most cases it's 35%, however, in some cases, it can be up to 38%.
The OpCity fee will be deducted from GCI (Gross Commission Income), or better known as 'off the top,' and then your regular split and fees will apply to the remaining amount.
If the price of the home is less than 150K or if it's a rental, the referral fee is 30%.
If the lead says "Client Rewards" inside the OpCity dashboard under the client's name and email address, it's a 38% referral since the client is getting some of the commission back from OpCity after closing.
All other transactions are 35% referral fees.
