OpCity charges their fees depending on the price of the property:
Price: 0-$149,900 = 28%
Price: $150,000-$599,900 = 36%
Price: $600,000 + = 40%
The OpCity fee will be deducted from GCI (Gross Commission Income), or better known as 'off the top,' and then your regular split and fees will apply to the remaining amount.
If the price of the home is less than 150K or if it's a rental, the referral fee is 30%.
