Please delete all downloads, documents, and files after you complete a session on a company computer. Much of what we do in real estate is highly confidential to the buyers or sellers we work with and leaving documents on a public office computer could create a break in confidentiality under the rules and laws of agency. The same is true when it comes to using the copy machines and common area spaces. Please make sure to remove all items from copy machines and common area spaces so that you do not inadvertently disclose private information in public areas.
