Running a Property Management Business

If an agent runs a property management business outside the confines of LAER Realty Partners, the agent must notify the brokerage in writing. As well, the agent will be asked to sign a Hold Harmless agreement which releases LAER and it's agents of all liability for property management services outside the brokerage. The agent must produce an active copy of their property management E/O policy each year upon renewal, and must have each property management client sign a disclosure acknowledging that the property management services are outside the scope of services being provided by LAER Realty Partners.
