When renewing your MA license, the website is always going to ask for a MA Brokerage Affiliation form to be filled out.
Ignore this request and just click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page. Just go forward and fill out the rest. On the last page, the system will ask for payment and once you pay, you are renewed.
Just an FYI - the MA Licensing system is broken, and will always ask for the MA Brokerage Affiliation Form, even if you are properly affiliated.
If you email your License Number to us (happyagent@laerrealty.com), we will double-check that you are properly affiliated with LAER.
