There are two ways that you can do this. The first is to post inside the LAER Facebook Group that you need assistance showing a property. It's best to be as precise as possible by including the date, time, and location in which the buyer wants to see the property. You can sometimes work out arrangements where an agent will do this for free knowing that you will do the same for the agent when they need a hand. As well, sometimes agents will offer to pay the agent for their time in completing the showing.
Second, there is an app called Showami where you can hire agents to do showings on your behalf. Showami has the agent sign several disclosures so that you are protected from that agent taking the client.
