What Happens If My Client Wants to List Their Home, But Doesn't Want it in MLS Right Away?

If your client wants to sign the listing contract now, but does not want the property in MLS right away, you must have the client sign a Delayed Listing Form and either email it or fax it to MLS (information on the form).
