Here is how to access and sign up for Zumper.com, it is very easy. Just go to www.Zumper.com and then follow the directions to set up an account for yourself. Set up a free Zumper Pro Account.
Once you have an account, click on your name to see the drop-down menu. You can then add your listing.
Potential tenants will also need to sign up. This is necessary because of the sensitive information they will be putting in. This will ensure the security of their data. Once they set up an account, they will have a drop-down with the option of Apply Instantly.
Then just have the tenant follow directions for either filling out a Credit Report and/or a Rental Application.
If you load your rental listing into Zumper.com, you can also create a link that you can send your tenants so they can directly apply and get a credit check on your listing. When the tenants apply, they will have the option of putting in their Agent's name & email.
Please note that you cannot collect fees for credit reports directly from the tenant, this is why you should use a program like Zumper.
