Mobile Deposit Error Message

If you are trying to deposit a check using the LAER mobile deposit app, and you are receiving an error message, the most common reason for this to happen is that you have not placed the check on a dark background. The camera mechanism does not work properly if you place the check on a light background, like a piece of paper.  You should get a dark piece of paper or dark-colored book and place the check on that, and then take the photo.  If this doesn't do the trick, just email and we will have a team member call and trouble shoot the app with you.
